1. Log In

  1. Open the application.
  2. Click Company Login.
  3. Enter the company code.

2. Choose The Right Workflow

  • Use Daily Truck Check for routine daily readiness.
  • Use Monthly Truck Check for the full truck inventory inspection.

3. Start A Check

Enter the inspection date, truck or unit, and station code. Click Start Truck Check, review the confirmation prompt, and select Yes only if the information is correct.

If the truck already has an active check, do not start a new one. Use Active Checks to resume.

4. Complete The Checklist

  • Monthly checks use quantity, expiration verification when required, and follow-up notes.
  • Daily checks use separate Yes and No buttons for each item.
  • Use Show All Items or Show Only Items Needing Attention as needed.

5. Replenishment

  1. Click Download Replenishment Report.
  2. Restock the truck.
  3. Click Mark Replenished.

If an item was not available, select the unavailable item, enter the reason, and let the application carry that reason into follow-up.

6. Finish The Check

When done, click Complete Truck Check.

7. Edit Past Checks

Use Edit Past Checks or Submitted Truck Checks if you need to review or correct a completed check later.

8. Reminders

  • Do not start a duplicate check if the truck already appears in Active Checks.
  • Wait for sync before closing the page when possible.
  • Use clear follow-up notes when an item is missing or could not be replenished.
  • Daily and monthly checks are separate workflows.
  • After 30 minutes of inactivity, you may need to log in again.
